I read an article on bodybuilding.com about carbs intake at night.
What I boiled it down to was. It's ok with carbs at night; just
distance carb intake 4 hours a part throughout the day, for the
insulin levels. That's what I've done before this article came out.
Now I've got it comfirmed what I've been doing was right.
